Do we have to replace all our systems at once?
No. BizArch is modular — we start with the area that hurts most (often accounting or POS), run it alongside what you already have, and switch on more modules as you're ready. No big-bang cutover required.
Is BizArch compliant with ZATCA & FATOORA e-invoicing?
Yes — Phase 1 and Phase 2 are built in, not bolted on: TLV-encoded QR codes, SHA-256 hash chains, XAdES digital signing and live clearance through the ZATCA API, including certificate management and multi-EGS support.
Will it fit our specific industry?
Most likely. Ten industry modules ship in the box — jewellery, restaurant, mobile shop, construction, workshop, manufacturing and more — toggleable per organisation. Where off-the-shelf falls short, we build the custom pieces around them.
Does it work offline and across multiple branches?
Yes. The POS is offline-first and keeps selling through network drops, then syncs in real time over Socket.IO. Multi-branch, multi-terminal and multi-tenant are core — every branch and organisation stays cleanly isolated.
Is the system available in Arabic?
Fully bilingual. Arabic and English sit on a single document layout, so invoices and reports read correctly in both — essential for the Saudi market and ZATCA-compliant documents.
What happens after go-live — are we on our own?
